Preordering reserves your piece ahead of its arrival. Please review the estimated shipping window on the product page before placing your order.

Shipping timelines

The shipping window listed is an estimate of when your preorder will ship, rather than when it will be delivered. If that timeline changes, we’ll email you with an update.

Orders containing preorder items

All items in an order containing a preorder will ship together once every item is available, including any in-stock pieces purchased in the same order.

If your order includes preorder pieces with different shipping windows, the entire order will ship once the last piece is ready.

Need your in-stock pieces sooner?

Please place a separate order for in-stock items. Each order will be subject to our standard shipping rates and free shipping requirements. We do not split orders containing preorder items into separate shipments.

Returns

Preorder items follow our standard return policy unless marked final sale. Any applicable return window begins upon delivery.
