Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and delivery:
Order Processing
Orders placed by 12:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
In some cases, processing may be delayed if we need to verify order details — we’ll reach out promptly if that happens.
Please note that during peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days as our team works carefully through increased order volume.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier. RIOT is not responsible for delays related to peak shipping volume, weather, or carrier scanning and transit issues.
Shipping Options
Free ground shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders over $200. Note: Free shipping is not available during promotional events.

- Free Ground Shipping | Orders $200 and up | Delivery: 3 business days
- 2nd Day Air | Processing: same day by 12 PM CST | Delivery: 2 business days — $24
- Overnight Shipping | Processing: same day by 12 PM CST | Delivery: 1–2 business days — $40
- USPS Priority | Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Hawaii | Delivery: 3–5 business days — $30
- Worldwide Expedited | Processing: same day by 12 PM CST | Delivery: varies by destination — $40
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide, though there may be certain regions where shipping is unavailable due to carrier restrictions. If we encounter an issue with your shipping location during processing, we’ll reach out promptly to discuss alternative arrangements or issue a refund.
PO Boxes & Address Verification
Shipping to PO Boxes is not available.
A valid physical address must be provided. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, additional verification may be required, causing a slight delay. Please double-check all shipping details before finalizing your order to avoid delays.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST.
Order Policy
At RIOT, orders are processed quickly and with care. Because orders begin processing as soon as they’re placed, we’re often unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. This includes updates to shipping addresses, billing info, promo codes, or items in your cart.
If you reach out right away, we’ll always do our best to help — but because of how quickly we process orders, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Please double-check all information at checkout, especially your shipping address. If a package is delivered to the address provided and it was entered incorrectly, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like the order reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply. If you prefer a refund instead, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. For lost or damaged packages, please refer to our Package Protection section below.
RIOT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion and for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or violation of our store policies. We also reserve the right to decline service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
If your order is canceled, you’ll be notified via email and issued a full refund.
Preorders
If you place a preorder, please allow 3–5 business days for shipment after the suggested release date.

Preorders cannot be modified once placed.

In-stock items purchased with a preorder will ship together when the preorder is ready.
Package Protection with Checkout+
We’ve partnered with Redo to offer Checkout+, which includes Package Protection to insure your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Look for Checkout+ at checkout — just one click to add it.
What’s covered:
• Lost shipments
• Stolen packages (U.S. orders only)
• Items damaged during transit
If you purchase Checkout+, you can easily file a claim through our Returns and Claims Portal. Claims are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days.
If You Decline Package Protection
If Checkout+ is not selected, RIOT is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once marked as delivered by the carrier. We’re happy to assist by filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf, but please note:
• Replacements or store credit are not issued until the carrier’s investigation is complete
•Investigations may take 15+ business days
•Claims are often denied if the carrier provides proof of delivery, as these decisions are made by the carrier
For full peace of mind, we strongly recommend adding Checkout+ at checkout.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. When purchasing a final sale item, Checkout+ applies to package protection only.
Claim Filing Deadlines
Domestic Orders:

Lost Package: File between 7 and 30 days from the last tracking update.

Stolen Package: File between 5 and 30 days from the date marked delivered.

Damaged Package: File within 30 days from the date marked delivered.
International Orders:

Lost Package: File between 20 and 30 days from the last tracking update.

Stolen Package: Not eligible for stolen claims internationally.

Damaged Package: File within 30 days from the date marked delivered.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, please note that product prices displayed on our site do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country’s import policies and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs authorities may apply additional taxes, duties, or fees upon arrival
- Our shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Customs declarations reflect the full retail value of the items, regardless of promotions, discounts, or sales prices
- By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which cannot be altered
- RIOT is not responsible for additional fees charged by carriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx for customs clearance, handling, or processing services
- You are fully responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or carrier-related processing fees required to release your package for delivery
If your international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or duties:
- A $50 return shipping fee will be deducted
- The remaining balance will be issued as store credit
- Refunds will not be provided for refused or returned international orders
We highly recommend monitoring your tracking closely and contacting your local customs office if needed to avoid any unexpected charges or delivery delays.
