Shipping & Handling

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing  Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. During Sales when there are a high volume in orders, please allow an extra 7 business days to process orders. * Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping*  Feel free to contact us for more information. 

    • *Free UPS ground shipping on all domestic orders over $250. (Order must be over $250 before taxes) No free shipping during sale periods. * Please note that transit times are measured at the
      point of tracking number being emailed. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO. Box is listed on your order; this will delay processing as we will have to reach out to get a physical address. If you are shipping to a different address than the billing, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order, as we will have to verify. (As of 2022, items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, or if a carrier cannot leave the package with the receiver and it is returned back to our offices you will incur a reshipment fee. If the recipient is not at their residence at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to an UPS Access Point location and held for only 3 business days).

    Our shipping department is open Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.CST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for order
    processing. Once processed, all UPS Ground shipping can take up to 2-3 days for all domestic deliveries to arrive, if there are no delays with shipping. HI and AK orders will ship via USPS. All international orders shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited can take between 2-5 days for
    shipping. If the item you ordered is needed by a specific time frame, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order so we can best accommodate your request. We will respond to any inquiries within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday 7AM to 3:30PM CST.

    Due to the high volume of orders, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your pre-order to ship after the suggested date. Once your preorder has been placed, it can NOT be changed. No exceptions will be made.

    If you would like to make changes, we will have to cancel your order and you will have to place a new order with the correct items.

    Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Please take note that all in-stock items that are purchased with a pre-ordered item will ship together when the pre-ordered item is ready to ship.

    If you would like to receive your in-stock items first, you must place two orders; one for in stock items and one for preorder.

    INTERNATIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: International orders may be subject to a tax or an extra fee by customs. We do not under any circumstances cover that fee. International customers take full liability for that cost, if your country charges one. When customer purchases, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Under no circumstances will these terms and conditions be adjusted for international orders. (Any orders shipping outside of the United States) - Riot Swim has no control over what
    your country may charge for Import Duties or Customs Fees. Riot Swim is not responsible for any additional fees that are charged by UPS for shipping or processing fees. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping of $50 which will be deducted from the total amount of the order and the rest will be issued as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.
