Shipping & Handling

Please allow  3-5 business days for order processing  Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. * Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.Feel free to contact us for more information. 

 

    • FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $150. (Order must be over $150 before taxes) Excluding sale periods.
    • All merchandise that is being shipped within the U.S. will ship via UPS GROUND SHIPPING.

    • Once processed, all UPS Ground shipping can take up to 2-3 days for U.S. customers

    • All International Orders will ship via UPS Worldwide Express.

    • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

    • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. (Please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing during sale periods.)

    • *Please email our customer care team for overnight shipping. 

    • Customer will be provided with a tracking number for their order once it's processed.

    • You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

    • If a package is undeliverable, customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges.

    • If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

    • If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.

    • If you are shipping to a different address than the billing, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order.

*Preorders-

Due to the high volume of orders, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your pre-order to ship after this suggested date. Once your preorder has been placed, it can NOT be changed. No exceptions will be made.

If you would like to make changes, we will have to cancel your order and you will have to place a new order with the correct items.

 

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Please take note that all in-stock items that are purchased with a pre-ordered item will ship together when the pre-ordered item is ready to ship.

 

If you would like to receive your in-stock items first, you must place two orders; one for in stock items and one for preorder.

INTERNATIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All orders shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited can take between 2-5 days for shipping.  We do not insure any international orders. We are not responsible for any lost items when shipping OUTSIDE of the United States. International orders may be subject to a tax or an extra fee by customs. We do not under any circumstances cover that fee. International customers take full liability for that cost, if your country charges one. When customer purchases, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Under no circumstances will these terms and conditions be adjusted for international orders. (Any orders shipping outside of the United States) - Riot Swim has no control over what your country may charge for Import Duties or Customs Fees. Riot Swim is not responsible for any additional fees that are charged by UPS for shipping or processing fees. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will have the remainder balance as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued. If the item you ordered is needed by a specific time frame, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order so we can best accommodate your request.
