CHECKOUT+

We’ve partnered with Redo to offer Checkout+, optional coverage you can add at checkout. Checkout+ includes free returns and exchanges on eligible items plus package protection if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to add Checkout+, our regular return policy still applies and a $12 charge goes toward the cost of the return label. Carrier-related shipping issues will need to be handled directly with the carrier.

Final sale items are still final sale with or without Checkout+. For final sale orders, Checkout+ provides eligible package protection only.
