CHECKOUT+

We’ve partnered with Redo to offer Checkout+, the easiest way to shop RIOT. Checkout+ includes free returns and exchanges on eligible items plus package protection if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

No Checkout+? Returns are still accepted under our standard policy, but a $12 charge will apply toward the cost of the return label. Packages shipped without Checkout+ are not protected against loss, theft, or damage.

If Checkout+ is added to a final sale order, package protection still applies. Final sale items remain ineligible for returns or exchanges regardless.

Without Checkout+, packages are not protected against loss, theft, or damage once they leave our warehouse. RIOT is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
