Proper care helps preserve the fit, shape, and feel of your RIOT pieces for seasons to come.

Swim

To help preserve the fit, shape, and feel of your swimwear, rinse thoroughly in cold water after wear.

Our fabrics are intentionally soft and delicate, designed for a smooth, sculpting fit. Hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent and lay flat to dry in the shade.

Avoid rough surfaces, oils, bleach, harsh detergents, hot water, chlorine, and high heat, as these may damage the fabric or affect the finish over time.

Do not leave swimwear rolled up while wet or machine wash or tumble dry.

Damage caused by improper care or contact with rough surfaces is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Apparel

To help preserve the fit, shape, and feel of your garments, machine wash cold with like colors.

Our fabrics are selected for their soft feel, comfortable stretch, and effortless drape. Use a mild detergent and lay flat to dry to help maintain their original shape.

Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Iron on low heat if necessary.

Do not dry clean.

Returns

Not every piece is meant to be, and that's okay. Here's how we take care of you.

We accept exchanges, store credit, and refunds on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Choose store credit and we'll add 10% to your return value automatically to use toward something else you love.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges, store credit, or refunds. See Discount Codes and Final Sale below for what qualifies.

For the best fit experience, try all items on over undergarments. All returns are carefully inspected and must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags and hygienic liners intact. We take product integrity seriously for the benefit of our entire community.

We are unable to accept returns that show any signs of wear, including:

• Stains or markings from trying on
• Deodorant, perfume, body oils, makeup, lotions, or washing powder
• Removed or missing hygienic liners
• Damage or signs of wear

Returns that are damaged, worn, or do not meet our return conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer. Exchange, store credit, or refund requests for rejected returns will not be approved. For transparency, all ineligible returns are documented with photo and video.

We reserve the right to limit returns on accounts with an unusual return history.

Checkout+

Checkout+ is optional coverage you can add at checkout. It includes free returns and exchanges on eligible items plus package protection if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to add Checkout+, our regular return policy still applies and a $12 charge goes toward the cost of the return label. Carrier-related shipping issues will need to be handled directly with the carrier.

Final sale items are still final sale with or without Checkout+. For final sale orders, Checkout+ provides eligible package protection only.

Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from delivery to submit your return through our portal. Requests submitted after this window are not eligible.

Return requests are reviewed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Please ship promptly as return labels expire after 7 days and cannot be reissued.

Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Exchanges ship within 1 to 2 business days after your return is inspected and approved. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we'll issue store credit so you can choose something else you love.

Please note that shipping costs for exchange orders are not included.

Discount Codes

Orders placed with a promotional or discount code are final sale, with two exceptions.

Orders placed with our welcome offer code are eligible for our standard 14-day return policy: exchange, store credit, or refund.

Orders placed with an influencer code are eligible for store credit only. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Items already on sale are final sale regardless of the code used.

Final Sale

Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges, store credit, or refunds.

Final sale includes items already on sale, items purchased during promotional sale events, items marked Final Sale at checkout, and gift cards. Final sale applies regardless of any code used.

If a final sale item is sent back to us, it will be returned to you.

International Returns

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exception-Based Requests

Approved exceptions outside of our standard return policy may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to help cover processing, handling, and carrier-related costs.
