Orders placed by 12 PM CST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
Eligible returns can be exchanged, refunded, or issued as store credit. Store credit includes a 10% bonus.
Orders placed with a promotional or discount code are final sale, with two exceptions. Orders placed with our welcome offer code follow the standard return policy above. Orders placed with an influencer code are eligible for store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached. All returns are inspected.
Final Sale
Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.
This includes items already on sale, items purchased during promotional events or sitewide sales, and items marked Final Sale at checkout. Final sale applies regardless of any code used.
Return Shipping
