To keep your suit looking its best, we recommend hand washing your suit by itself with cold water and a gentle soap after each use. Do not soak, just a quick wash will do! Please be sure to dry in shade.
Do not pack wet suits with other garments.Try not to keep your suit balled up for extended periods of time—especially if it's still wet.Â
Do not dry clean garments.Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils & high levels of chlorine- this may cause the color to fade and damage the material. Avoid rough surfaces (rocks, stone, pebble, pool surfaces). Please note that contact with rough surfaces may cause pilling or damage to the fabric, and we are unable to take responsibility for wear caused by these conditions.
Because our fabric is intentionally soft and delicate, extra care will help extend the life of your suit and keep it in beautiful condition wear after wear.

Please note that all sale items, including those purchased during Black Friday, Memorial Day Sale, and other promotional sales ,and with promotional codes, are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and final sale.
We do not offer price adjustments on any purchases. All prices are final at the time of purchase, and we are unable to honor promotional discounts or sale pricing retroactively.
This addition clarifies that Riot Swim does not provide price adjustments, ensuring customers are informed about this policy.
At Riot Swim, we strive to accommodate our customers while upholding the integrity of our policies. In rare cases where an exception is made to accept a return outside of our standard policy, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Please note that exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We do our best to be flexible in special situations, but these accommodations are made at our discretion.
A restocking fee may be charged if:
The return is accepted beyond the allowed return window.
The item was originally final sale or non-returnable, but an exception was granted.
The return was not processed correctly (such as sending back an item without prior approval).
The return requires additional handling or processing outside of our standard workflow.
The return was approved under special circumstances, such as an extended return period or other policy exceptions.
If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your store credit. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit, and a refund will not be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is simple:
International customers must contact us via email at contactus@riotswim.com for return approval before shipping any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that Route Shipping insurance is non-refundable, even if a product is returned.
We take hygiene and product integrity very seriously. To protect our customers and maintain the highest standards, we are unable to accept returns that show any signs of wear, including:
Each return is thoroughly inspected by our team. If an item is found to be in less than perfect condition, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
Please note that we document all ineligible returns with photos and videos to ensure full transparency. Once a return has been deemed unacceptable, we are unable to make exceptions.
We highly recommend trying on all swimwear over undergarments and avoiding applying lotions, oils, or deodorants prior to trying on, to prevent any potential transfer to the fabric.
Riot Swim reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.Â

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our customer service team for assistance.

If you receive defective or incorrect items, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery at contactus@riotswim.com . Include your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect items so we can resolve the issue promptly.
