To keep your suit looking its best, we recommend hand washing your suit by itself with cold water and a gentle soap after each use. Do not soak, just a quick wash will do! Please be sure to dry in shade.
Do not pack wet suits with other garments.Try not to keep your suit balled up for extended periods of time—especially if it's still wet.
Do not dry clean garments.Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils & chlorine- this may cause the color to fade and damage the material. Avoid rough surfaces (rocks, stone, pebble, pool surfaces). We are not responsible for balling/ damaging of fabric when contact is made with rough surfaces.
What is our return policy?
At Riot Swim, we gladly accept unworn and unwashed regular-priced merchandise returned within 7 calendar days of receipt for store credit only. To be eligible for store credit, the items must be free of any stains or odors, including bodily fluid marks and deodorant stains, and all hygiene liners must be attached and unaltered. For sanitary reasons, we ask that you try on items over underwear.
Please return unworn items in their original packaging with all Riot Swim hang tags and garment bag. We reserve the right to refuse garments that show any signs of wear.
Please note that only full-priced items are eligible for store credit, and store credit is a one-time discount code that must be used in a single purchase. Any unused amount will be forfeited. All orders are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, but if you need a different size, color, or style, we will issue store credit for the item cost. You can then use the store credit to place a new order for your desired items.

Please note that we don't provide price adjustments, and the purchase price displayed on the website at the time of purchase is final. This means that if the price of an item has changed after you made your purchase, the new prices cannot be applied to any previous orders.
How do I start my return?
To request a return for our products, please begin the process by clicking on the provided LINK. Kindly note that the items must be returned within 7 calendar days to receive store credit. Once we have approved your return, you should ship back the merchandise within 3 calendar days using the return label provided via email. If your order exceeds this timeframe, we will be unable to accept a return for store credit. Please note that any unapproved or delayed returns will incur a 20% restocking fee for the entire order if we need to restock any of your items.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately with a specific reason for the cancellation. During sale periods, we do not allow any changes. Before proceeding to checkout, please review your order carefully to avoid any issues.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. We kindly request that you provide us with your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item(s) so that we may assist you in resolving the issue.
