To keep your suit looking its best, we recommend hand washing your suit by itself with cold water and a gentle soap after each use. Do not soak, just a quick wash will do! Please be sure to dry in shade.
Do not pack wet suits with other garments.Try not to keep your suit balled up for extended periods of time—especially if it's still wet.
Do not dry clean garments.Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils & chlorine- this may cause the color to fade and damage the material. Avoid rough surfaces (rocks, stone, pebble, pool surfaces). We are not responsible for balling/ damaging of fabric when contact is made with rough surfaces.
What is our return policy?
We happily accept unworn, unwashed, stain/odor free regular priced merchandise within 7 calendar days of receiving your order for store credit only. This includes bodily fluids marks, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners. Unworn items must be returned in original packaging - with hygiene liner still attached, Riot Swim hang tags and garment bag. For sanitary purposes, please try on over underwear. We have the right to refuse garments that show any signs of wear. ONLY Full priced items are eligible for store credit. Store credit is a one time discount code and the entire amount must be used in one purchase. Any unused amount will be lost. All orders will be Non-Refundable.
We do not offer Exchanges at this time. If you are needing to exchange for a different size, color or style, a store credit will be issued for the item cost. You'll be able to place a new order for your items.
Items that are not eligible for Store Credit are as follows:

● Items purchased during sale periods
● All sarongs
● Using a special promo code other than VIP10, RIOTBABE10, RIOT15, or CONGRATS.
We do not offer price adjustments. The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is
the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased
that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders.
How do I start my return?
Changing or Cancelling your Order
If an order needs to be cancelled, please reach out to us immediately with the specific reasoning the order needs to be canceled. Changes are not allowed during sale periods. Please be sure to double check your order before proceeding to checkout.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please be sure to contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. (email@example.com) Please include name, order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and we will assist accordingly.
